WAA Chosen will provide PR and communications for MotoFest Coventry - the UK’s largest free-to-attend motoring event - for the fifth year in a row.

The Sutton Coldfield marketing agency will be working alongside the MotoFest team to develop sponsorship opportunities for this year’s festival.

WAA Chosen is also delivering the PR and communications strategy for the festival, as well as operate as the event’s official press office and taking the lead in securing sponsors and partners.

The festival takes place on 10 and 11 September 2022.

This year’s MotoFest Coventry features the return of the Ring Road Street circuit and dedicated urban spaces, showcasing live motorsport events across the city centre, among the high-octane highlights on offer.

With the return to a full events programme, there are numerous sponsorship and partner opportunities available across the festival weekend.

These include the headline sponsorship, motorsport arenas, Coventry Concours premium car show and two-wheeled sponsorships, including dedicated motorbike village and the hugely popular Ride-In and the Future Tech Zone sponsorship.

There are also individual sponsor opportunities for a ‘yet to be revealed’ MotoFest Coventry branded stunt spectacular taking place in the city during the summer.

Will Cole, WAA Chosen head of sales and marketing, said: “We are delighted to be returning to MotoFest Coventry 2022 and offering our PR and communications services to the UK’s largest free-to-attend motoring festival”.

“As part of the agency’s remit, we’ll also be working with the MotoFest Team to secure sponsors and partners for different elements of the 2022 festival.

“These include full circuit and arena sponsorships, exhibition spaces and pop-up experiences that will enable thousands of visitors to immerse themselves into the sponsoring brands and turbocharging the brand’s presence at the festival”.

“If being part of one of the UK’s largest attended events is of interest to your business, please get in touch and we can discuss in further detail how you can get involved.”

James Noble, MotoFest Coventry festival director, said: “This year, MotoFest Coventry will be back bigger and bolder than ever, with a non-stop cultural celebration of the city’s motoring past, present and future.”

“We will welcome the return of traditional MotoFest favourites such as the unique Ring Road Sprint Circuit, live motorsport displays and motorbikes, both on- and off-the-track, to name just a few of our most popular attractions.”

As part of festival’s past, present and future theme, there will be the traditional classic car and modern modified static car displays across the city centre. There will also be a significant future technology focus, with a showcase of the latest alternatively fuelled vehicles, electric cars and advanced automotive technologies.

MotoFest Coventry 2022 is a two-day festival that features a unique blend of racing demonstrations, static displays, live music and many other connections to the city Coventry’s transport and motoring heritage.
