We have been to this indian restaurant many time as a couple. We decided to celebrate our Ruby Anniversary with family and friends. The night had a great atmosphere,food and staff excellent . Thanks for an enjoyable night. Paul & Jackie .

Having had a really pleasant family restaurant meal here last year, we returned and decided to have a takeaway meal for three this week. The staff were very polite when taking our order and gave us all a free drink while we waited for our food. The food was excellent and even included a special order not on their normal menu. Visited Shimla for first time in just over 2 years. Enjoyed a relaxed enjoyable meal. Food was good as was the service. The restaurant was fairly busy for a Wednesday night and obvious some very regular customers. Will not leave it so long till we visit again.

Went here with some friends on Sunday for the first time and it was the best meal we have had in a long time and we have been to loads of Indian restaurants but is was best so far for us.

Me and my dad have ordered many takeaways and had meals out here ect and I have to say that this is my favourite restaurant in walsall. The staff are very friendly and the restaurant itself is very clean and has a lovely atmosphere. The food is wonderful and tasty and this restaurant has never let us down once. I always look forward to having a takeaway or meal from here and I will never order from anywhere other than here. As a precaution beware that the restaurant can become very busy.

We have been to this Indian restaurant many times in a large party and as a couple. We always meet the family here as we live local. The food is excellent and the service is spot on. They will always go out of their way to help you and make it an overall enjoyable experience. We cannot fault the food and on a Sunday do a set menu for £10 which is brilliant and the quality cannot be faulted. Great thing is it is a Bring your own drink. We will be back as this is the best Indian we have been to and would always recommend. Thank you.

Having tried all of the Indian restaurants in the Aldridge area, Shimla is by far the best. The food is fantastic and the service is just as good. Whenever we are unable to decide what to do for an evening meal we always choose Shimla and are never disappointed. The complimentary shots always top off a great evening.

We visited this restaurant in November for a birthday celebration. The food was well cooked and flavoursome and we were especially pleased that it catered for our daughter who is a vegetarian. The staff were very polite and attentive. We will definitely be visiting again. In fact, we have booked for Christmas Day.

We regularly go to this restaurant and the food is fantastic whatever we choose from the menu. Recommend the sag rice - it's delicious. Service is wonderful and all the waiters are friendly and helpful.
