My mum unfortunately passed away on Friday 15th October and after researching, reading reviews and talking to Callum (the Funeral Manager), there was no doubt in my mind that I would appoint Lilies to take care of the proceedings. Callum explained things in a kind and sensitive way during what was a very difficult time. At the time of mum's passing Dean and Elvis arrived within an hour to pick her up. They were very sensitive and handled mum with gentleness and respect. I expressed a wish for mum to be repatriated to Jamaica and Callum handled the whole process with a professionalism that was beyond exemplary. He informed me of developments every step of the way and was always willing to answer any queries I had. I cannot recommend Lilies enough. Thank you so much and please keep up the good work!

From the first contact with Lilies and talking to Callum we had nothing but first class treatment. The stress of the organisation of our special day for my brother was taken over with care and made stress free. We were treated with respect and sympathy and the limousine was beautiful. Even our minister commented on the quality of the care of the company. A big THANK YOU to everyone including the drivers who made the day special for us.

Throughout the process of arranging the Expatriation to India for our grandmother Mary, we were very pleased with the service we received from Lee & his team. He always allowed us time and we never felt hurried, very important to us at this very sad and difficult time. He guided us through the process very sensitively which we valued highly. He had a good working relationship with the officials and authorities and who had to clear number of papers & permits to take back our grandmother back to India to be buried in our home parish as per her last wish. Lee made sure that we had everything we asked for, he was very kind and understanding. He was very flexible and always kept us updated on the progress of the process during this pandemic.

Fantastic service from start to finish, couldnt have been done any better - thank you guys! Can not recommend highly enough. Took alot of stress away from my family at a horrible time and all staff memebers, in person on the day and on the phone during organising, were professional, helpful, considerate and respectful. 10/10

Just laid out wonderful Father to rest, we used Lilies of New Oscott, Five Star Service from start to finish. Nothing was too much. Very attentive, particularly in these challenging Covid times.

Cannot recommend Lilies enough. We’ve just laid my Mum to rest yesterday. Despite the distance from my Mum’s house to ours which is just down the road from Lilies, nothing was too much trouble to bring her over this way to be closer to us.
Everything was dealt with dignity from the start and communication excellent. We used Lilies only a year or so ago for my father in laws funeral which is why we chose them again.

Excellent service. Respectful and professional from beginning to end. Lilies were happy to adapt packages to suit the wishes of the family and their prices were excellent compared to others. However, the service was in no way any less than you would of have expected if you’d paid more. Can’t recommend enough.

Words cannot express how the lads from this company made dealing with our loss so much easier, compassionate, kind and caring and going the extra mile was absolutely no problem to them. Lilies conducted my mum's funeral today. The whole process was made much easier by them and I want to thank Nathan and Calum for the wonderful care they took of mum, and of the family. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they're always ready to give help and advice. You recently took care of my boyfriends moms funeral (Jennifer Woosey) and although i wasn't able to attend due to limited spaces because of the pandemic I wanted to thank you for everything you did. I can't thank Lee and the lilies team enough. I had to change funeral directors last minute, Lee and lilies took on my mothers funeral with 9 days notice, and made every last detail perfect! They went above and beyond to give mom the funeral she deserved and they delivered. They literally saved the funeral and for that I will be eternally grateful. Lee even came on the day and personally oversaw the funeral. The staff and the company put your loved 1 first, from the first moment to the last they have done mom proud. Thank you all so much! you're all amazing!

When my mother in Law recently passed away, we didn't know where to start with organising the funeral. Lee and Nathan and the team looked after us all the way. The communication between us was very helpful. Everything was explained and organised giving us comfort as a family. They gave us support at our time of need. Completely professional from start to finish.
