Excellent service received arranging my brother's funeral from Donna. On the day of the funeral, Lee and his team went over and above what was expected. They looked after us taking the stress out of the day. Nothing was too much trouble, even at the graveside when my back was playing up, Lee allowed me to sit in the car and put the heater on to make sure I was comfortable.<br><br>If you are looking for a funeral service to take care of you when you are going through the stress of losing your loved one, then I would recommend you use Lilies Funeral Directors, you will not be disappointed.

I have never had to arrange a funeral before the loss of my darling husband. From the initial phone call to Lilies, through to the actual day, nothing was too much trouble. All the staff were welcoming and professional but above all, caring and compassionate. Nathan explained everything and answered my (very many) questions regarding the service, paperwork etc. The cars were immaculate and the flowers were beautiful. I cannot rate our experience with Lilies highly enough. Thank you for taking care of Rob and supporting us as a family through a difficult time.

My Dad came to UK from India for a visit and he died unexpectedly . We wanted to conduct his funeral service in India ; but there were lots of paperworks to do. "Lilies Funeral Directors" team were really professional to handle the care of Dad as well as they have done all the paperworks from Indian Embassy and arranged the air ticket for my Dad. From the very first telephone call to Lilies to say that my Father had died, throughout the process of arranging the funeral, and on the day of the funeral itself, the service we received was absolutely superb. Respectful and helpful at all times, I as an individual and we as a family cannot recommend Lilies highly enough. A huge thanks to all at Lilies Funeral Directors who recently arranged the funeral of my late mother. I had never been in this position before and was of course apprehensive but the team at Lilies could not have made the process any easier. They were of course, kind, caring and compassionate but I was so impressed by the way that they dealt with absolutely everything. All of the questions I had and the details I was worried about were just sorted with no fuss. And on the day they were calm, in control and had an air of gentle reassurance, allowing us to focus on remembering Mum. There was noting to worry about. Thank you again.

Having worked with Lilies funeral directors in a professional capacity, I knew that they cared deeply . My lovely dad passed away 8 weeks ago and I can never thank Lee, Nathan, Dean, Connor,Calum and Donna , they looked after my dad and us as a family 5⭐️is not enough.<br>Everything was done with great care and compassion, we felt that we were the only family they were looking after.<br>The day of the service was seamless and flowers from your birmingham florist were amazing too. After meeting Nathan through our own business (Pet Crematorium) I knew if ever I required the service of a funeral director he would be the first one to call, on the passing of my husband I immediately contacted Nathan at Lilies, my instincts where correct, all the staff where so compassionate and nothing too much trouble, treated my husband, my soul mate, my best friend as if he was one of their own family, I cannot thank you all enough.
