Excellent removals company. Whole process was very professional, from Steve's friendly quote, to Emma helping reserve our slot despite uncertainty in our chain, then on the day Gary, Kieran and Jordan moved everything with ease and were very patient whilst we waited to get our keys.

We moved from France to the UK in September and Franklins were there every step of the way. The Removal Guys were brilliant. They dealt with getting our sofas over a first floor balcony, which was no mean feat. They collected on a Wednesday and were back in the UK the following morning delivering my furniture. The service was just fantastic and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone planning a move

We hired Franklin's removals to move our belongings as we were relocating from the UK to central France. Their quote was very reasonable. I was sent forms to complete and typed up an inventory so Franklin's could deal with customs for me. Michael and Lee contacted me when the arrived in France to give me an ETA. They arrived on time and got straight to work. They were friendly, efficient, well organised and took great care with our possessions. Franklins did a fairly complicated part-load pick up from France with storage and delivery to Worcestershire. Their crews were very helpful, skilled and good to deal with and their help with post-Brexit customs was excellent.

From the very start of our experience with Franklins it has been 2nd to none. Both Emma & Ben have been so helpful with regards to the logistics & customs clearance at the office, then the level of communication with the drivers Simon & Kieran kept us up-to speed and true to their word 7am in SW France the well presented truck arrived. We have a tight access to our property this was no problem granted it took a few attempts but they did not give up. Unloading was no issue to these guys, polite and well presented in Franklin's uniform. They had no problem putting possessions wherever you needed them. Thank you everyone

I had great experience from start to finish with Franklins. We had our items removed from our house (whilst we weren't there), stored for 3 months, then imported into the EU at a later date. I was supported through the various (and at times complex) steps with clear, friendly and simple communications, and help was provided whenever requested. Franklins did exactly what they said they would, without fuss or complications. Our items arrived carefully packed and in good condition. Thank you guys!

We have just had our furniture moved from our house in France into store in England and so far everything has gone very well. Ben and the other office staff were very helpful and made sure we had the appropriate documenttion for customs etc. Michael and Simon were very well organised and careful with our posessions and did a superb job of emptying our house far more quickly than we thought was possible. We found the pricing to be very competitive for the service that is provided.

Have just used Franklins for my parents down-size move to a flat. I would highly recommend this company. Ben was very helpful leading up to the move and Pete and Kieran on the day were excellent. From the first contact with Ben in the office everything went smoothly ,including the advice with now complicated Brexit red tape ie tax relief on goods coming back to UK.
Thé lorry arrived on time ,and after six hours was ready to go back home and into storage.
I must say a special thanks to Simon and Fraser who worked extremely hard and were brilliant fitting all our stuff into the lorry.
If you are looking for a family owned removal company who are reliable,professional and hard working look no further than Franklin’s.

Wow, seriously impressed today with Simon and Lee who dealt with our huge load with efficiency, professionalism and speed....they filled the 60cub metre van in under 5 hrs with everything, which for us was a delightful surprise - a potentially stressful day was actually fun....they are a great team who obviously know exactly what they need to do...nothing too much work, no box ( or large tin trunk) too heavy, thank you both, safe journey to UK, would love if you could deliver when we find somewhere we can afford to buy!!!

Would highly recommend Franklin's. Good comms, good price, good service. From initial enquiry to final delivery in France the communication and ease of service has been without fault. Price was very competitive and their ease of and personal communication was the deciding factor for me. Their work with their customs agent made a potentially awkward situation easy going. The driving/removals crew were professional friendly and had a can do approach. From pick up to delivery was seamless.

Franklins collected our worldly goods from SW France and delivered them to our new home in the north of England. Simon and Michael and then Michael and Fraser were very professional, hardworking and friendly. We were impressed with the way Simon tackled parking the lorry on our French driveway! Both days were hot but the teams worked efficiently and on delivery, Michael even took the time to collect up a few loose nuts & bolts that he knew we had lost from a shelving unit. We would happily recommend the company.

Franklin’s helped with a local move for my Mum in July which happened to be in the middle of a heatwave. Fraser and Jordan were amazing.
