I did move from Frankfurt, Germany to London, UK and had to move all my belongings of my flat on short notice.
I can fully recommend Franklins Removals, the communication was seamless as well as the organization. There was no damaged good at all despite it was quite some stuff to move, also no scratches on the walls at all (besides two scratches which was caused by myself trying to help..).
Especially the movers, Lee and Dave, were super professionally and very nice and trustful persons. The whole process was super fast despite the stairs to my new home were extremely narrow and steep.

Franklins were calm and helpful during what turned into a stressful move. They came up trumps even when leaving date and moving into new property date changed last minute. Should I ever be daft enough to relocate again, I would use them again.

We contacted Franklins Removals after reading recommendations on an Anglo French Facebook group. The quotation was clear and good value compared to others. From the start, communication was great and they knew everything about the import process. All the necessary paperwork that we needed to complete was sent to us in one email so we didn’t have to research it or risk missing anything. We were booked in the diary with a provisional date without needing a deposit. Once finalised, there was good flexibility if we needed to alter collection dates or delivery. The two chaps who came to collect our belongings arrived on time, were friendly and professional. They protected our carpets and took care of our items as they packed them onto the van. We could easily get updates by calling the office so when there was a delay due to terrible weather we weren’t left wondering what was happening. When our possessions were delivered, again the guys gave everything the same level of attention and care and they cheerfully barrowed it down our long narrow drive. Many thanks to the whole team and especially Bev who calmly and willingly dealt with my many enquiries.

We used Franklins after seeing the 5* reviews, we moved from High Peak UK to Lot et Garonne. From the outset the office staff including Ben and Emma were really helpful, taking us through the process and all the paperwork we needed for the move. We changed our requirements a couple of times, and they were extremely accommodating, providing exceptional service at a very keen and affordable price.
The move from the UK with Simon's team was efficient and flawless. The arrival of our belongings in France was as promised, on time, no problems whatsoever. Lee and George were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble, even with the amount of stuff they had to unload! All the guys worked really hard and were cheerful throughout . We are so pleased we went with Franklins and delighted with the service, it went like clockwork from beginning to end. We have no hesitation in recommending Franklins.

Excellent service from Franklins for a part load from Birmingham to France. Everything was carefully handled, well wrapped and protected, as well as secured in transit. The delivery team, Lee and George were very helpful and extremely hard-working. No damage to any of the items, nor the house when moving the furniture in. Worth noting that the lorry was very well equipped with the appropriate ramps etc, so it all felt very safe. Also special mention to Bev in the office, who was very efficient and happily answered my many questions. Franklins also sorted out the import tax, providing all the necessary forms and costings. Would thoroughly recommend.

We used Franklin’s for our removal yesterday. Dave, Lewis, Tobias and Simon were all amazing. They made what could have been a really stressful day stress free for us. They worked so hard and took care moving us. I felt confident they would complete the job to an amazing standard and they proved this by the end of the day. Franklins Removals has been very professional to organize a removal from France to UK for a French Student.
They were very reactive, very clear in the communication (not that easy as we are in France), ready to take only 2m² and with a fair price.
Nothing was damaged and the schedule was perfectly respected (with reliable information).

I was recommended to use Franklin’s after my aunt and grandad moved using them earlier this year, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. David and Karl were the utmost professionals, they were super patient and careful with moving everything, disassembled and reassembled everything in record time, and we’re especially helpful in lifting a washing machine to the other side of a very narrow galley kitchen!
My partner is moving next week and they are already booked in with them for the move. 5 stars, would definitely use them again!
