Both my wife and myself came to see Laura. My wife initially came to have wax clearance but Laura also carried out a hearing test. I myself came in for a hearing test as having worked in industry and construction all my life I wanted to check my hearing was still okay.
Laura is very professional but welcoming. She explained everything that was happening to both my wife with the ear wax removal and also to my wife and myself with the hearing tests. We both wouldn't hesitate to recommend Laura - her approach and professionalism is very calming, especially to patients who are a little nervous. Thank you Laura for your help and care.

Laura (The owner) provided a fantastic service for my sister-in-law who is a Spanish speaker, and required hearing aids. I booked an appointment at Cathedral Hearing for ear wax removal on the basis of the 5-star reviews and excellent comments from previous customers and was so glad that I chose this practice. Laura was meticulous in clearing the wax over two sessions and took great care to make sure that the job was completed fully. Laura allows 1 hour for each appointment which meant there was time to talk about any issues I had been having with my ears, any medical conditions which she might need to consider, and to reassure me about the process itself.
At the end of the second appointment Laura also included an audiology test which proved helpful in identifying possible loss of hearing.
Laura is extremely knowledgeable in her field and explains everything very clearly. She is also a good listener and easy to get along with and I would have no hesitation in recommending her practice.

Laura was excellent. I’d been having issues with compacted wax for some time. She explained the procedure and very carefully and patiently extracted my issue. Would I visit again? Absolutely, but I hope I don’t need to.

First visit to Cathedral hearing for micro suction on a pair of extremely blocked ears. Laura , the proprietor immediately made me feel relaxed and comfortable. She was very knowledgeable and professional and extremely likeable. She was very thorough and at no time hurried. My one ear was totally blocked but she left both my ears clear and behold I could hear in stereo once more. I definitely will be returning when I require treatment.Very comfortable environment and a lovely cup of tea to boot.Also competitively priced, what's not to like.! Superb!
