I must say how impressed I was with my visit to Cathedral Hearing last week. I found Laura to be extremely professional and very friendly at the same time. Nothing was too much trouble and the service was fantastic. I had a really stubborn blockage, which Laura spent the time and effort to remove, which I am certain would not have been the case with the previous company I have used. I would definitely recommend Laura to anyone and will certainly be using her again in the future. Congratulations on such great service.

Brilliant service from start to finish. Hearing checked, and infection noticed. Video footage sent straight to GP for quick diagnosis and treatment. Specialist ear plugs made for competitive swimming- fit like a glove and far superior to any off the shelf plugs used. Thank you so much for fantastic service and treatment. Would highly recommend.

Although it was disappointing to find out I needed hearing aids the process of testing and fitting of my new aids was made as pleasant as possible by Laura's professional and friendly approach.

Had earwax removed by Laura at Cathedral Hearing and can't thank her enough for the professionalism of the treatment she provided. She gave a thorough explanation of the procedure involved and carried that out with care and consideration as well as afterwards giving a comprehensive hearing test.
What was nice is that nothing was rushed, the surgery is very modern and clean and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Cathedral Hearing to anyone with hearing issues or like me ears blocked by some fairly stubborn wax.

After disastrous experiences with TWO previous Audiologists and aids that failed to meet my needs; it was wonderful to meet Laura, who has empathy, listened intently to ME and used state of the art, high quality equipment to examine my hearing; thereafter prescribing aids that actually worked for ME and my needs!!
Little by little she has tweaked the aids so that their capabilities slowly grew on me and were not a complete shock to the system.
Audiology is as much an Art as a Science and Laura is very adept at both. I know that strong follow up support will always be there for both me and my aids.

I cannot speak highly enough of Laura's care. Everything was explained in detail first, and at every stage. I had ear wax removal, followed by hearing tests. Importantly, a problem was spotted which resulted in an ENT referral.
I have now been fitted with hearing aids, and have begun to adjust to a new level of hearing!
All in all, I could not have wished for a better experience.

Excellent earwax removal service conducted in a friendly and professional manner in a clean and safe environment. Was especially interesting seeing the camera images of the inside of my ears on a big screen before and after treatment. What a difference! My hearing is now so much clearer and detailed.

Laura was positive, very warm and friendly, but thoroughly professional throughout. She examined both ears and explained why she had chosen the particular procedure to remove my ear wax. It was quick and totally pain free and a pleasurable experience from start to finish. I would definitely recommend her to anyone with a hearing problem to contact her.

I saw Laura after experiencing unpleasant inner ear symptoms for around two weeks. Although not an ear wax blockage, Laura took time to listen to my symptoms and test my hearing in such a professional manner. She provided me with a GP onward referral letter and advised me to get back in touch should I have any further issues. I would highly recommend Laura to anyone.
