Laura is a total professional. She was able to clearly explain what was happening. The potential need for assistance and in my case not needed at present. Her report has got me a referral to an ENT specialist to assess some irregularities she identified.

Absolutely fantastic service very professional and the up most care taken when dealing with a case. Chatty and happy to talk about previous hearing history and just all round very pleasent and friendly would 100% recommend to any member of family or friends. This review is on behalf of Terry. For some time he's had hearing difficulties and decided it was time to do something about it. After reading various reviews etc , he opted for Cathedral Hearing. He was so pleased he did. Throughout the whole process from the initial consultation to the fitting of devices and 2 follow up reviews, he has been very impressed with Laura. (And so have I). She has been very friendly , polite , patient, supportive and professional. She has explained the reasons for his problems and answered all our questions . Thank you Laura.

I had an appointment with Laura at Cathedral Hearing for ear wax removal in my left ear which was very muffled. Laura explained the procedure she was going to perform which was very informative and reassuring. After the ear wax was removed I was then given a full hearing test. Although the ear wax removal showed there was an underlying medical issue Laura was happy to explain to me what my next alertantives should be At all times Laura was very professional, informative and friendly. I came away feeling very happy and reassured. I would definitley recommend Cathedral Hearing and Laura for any hearing issues you may have.

I struggled for 12 months trying to wear NHS hearing aids due to my particularly narrow ear canals plus a kink in one of the canals which was making the left aid particularly uncomfortable to wear. A friend then recommended Laura and I haven't looked back since. As an independent fully qualified audiologist, she could immediately see what the problem was and recommended one particular make of private hearing aid that suits my specific comfort issues. I also had reservations with the NHS aids that they were actually helping my clarity of hearing so initially I was reluctant to commit to the cost of private aids in case they didn't help much either. Laura, however, offers a trial period, so I have been able to test out her recommendations (have tried out two different levels of aids) which has given me the confidence to know that these definitely do make a significant difference. The comfort of these particular aids is, for me, far superior to the fit of the NHS ones (I forget I have got these in) and the clarity of speech that I had previously still been struggling with is also now greatly improved. After the trial period it was a no brainer to go ahead. Laura is delightful, extremely knowledgeable, very patient, and not in the slightest bit pushy (she didn't want me to go ahead until I was absolutely certain - which, after a subsequent further tweak to the settings, I was). I can thoroughly recommend Laura for her excellent service and knowledge.

Excellent service ears back to normal and clean as a whistle. After not getting them cleaned for years after 1 visit ears 👂 are now as good as new 👍
