I found Laura through Google reviews and also the personal recommendation of a friend. I am so glad I did because she has been so helpful. I had struggled with NHS hearing aids for over 4 years but my hearing was getting worse. Its a big leap paying for private hearing aids but my has it been worth it. The hearing test alone threw up a detailed base line for my hearing then there are the follow up appointments where laura will check and tweak the aids. I do feel having a bespoke service is so worthwhile and I trust Laura completely to give me that. I cannot recommend her enough.

Laura is very professional, caring, empathetic and kind, she explains in easy-to-understand steps what the issues ate, and how she is going to resolve them. I’m a public speaker by trade, and so my hearing has to be good when questions are asked by my audiences at the end of the talk. Having received gentle irrigation to remove some earwax my hearing is much improved now and I should be able to hear all the questions I’m asked clearly! Very much recommended.

I took my daughter to Cathedral Hearing having been recommended to go there by a friend. Initially thinking she required wax removal, we were reassured that that wasn’t the issue and Laura the Audiologist took the time and care to carry a full and thorough hearing test. Her findings were sent through to us and our GP, as a report, and they were impressed with the level of detail. We can now follow up with the doctors having all the required information. I Would highly recommend Cathedral Hearing for their care and quality service.
