Laura is a very kind knowledgeable person with a lot of experience. After testing my hearing Laura supplied me with a hearing aid which has improved my hearing and had a good effect on my tinnitus.

Could not fault the service I received, for my ear wax removal, the explanation of the procedure and attention to detail.
Laura emailed me and my doctor's practice with a photo with the ear problem I had.
Thank you Laura for the care and attention I received.
Had my follow up appointment, after the treatment from my doctor's, to check it had worked, got another one in six months time, to check everything is still ok, can not fault the service

I highly recommend Cathedral hearing. A consultation and hearing test can be daunting, but with Laura I was immediately put at ease. There was plenty of time to ask questions and discuss my options without any pressure to purchase anything. I'd previously been to a few other audiologists, but Laura was the most knowledgeable, and professional and I'm so happy I am under her care.

Fabulous service. Easy booking process, nice welcome and clinic environment. My hearing test was completed professionally and Laura was very friendly and explained all the details while doing the test and the results. Would recommend. Thank you!

She explains everything slowly and carefully so we understood what she was doing and why. Laura gave us advice about the importance for my husband to use his hearing aids. She also gave us aftercare advice. The waiting area is welcoming and it is all on the level for ease of access.
