Probate and Administration of Estate
Being an Executor can be a daunting experience but the professional, efficient service I received from Nicola (and Maia) were second to none. They always responded quickly to my seemingly never ending questions and dealt with all the really difficult parts so I could concentrate on the easier bits and they were reassuringly calm when I was not. Atkins Dellow (AD) were recommended to us by our selling agent, Rob Swinney of Lacy, Scott & Knight. We were concerned that there might be delays in conveyancing caused by the imminent closure of the Stamp Duty Holiday following the the Covid19 pandemic.
