House move
Our house move was quite complicated, what with myself, my ex partner, his mum and my mum all involved in the process, as well as our buyer etc. For a multitude of reasons to do with the sale (never our solicitor!) it was a long process, but Tricia was remarkably patient and kind, keeping us all up dated and keeping things ticking along. She is extremely efficient, reliable and great to work with. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone who is going through a house move. You could not have a better partner in this often complex process. We all had complete faith in her throughout and are very grateful for all her help.

A very professional service
A brilliant professional service. A massive thank you to Tricia Chapman and her team who went above and beyond to help with the purchase of our property. Communication was brilliant every step of the way. We requested a deadline when we purchased our property thinking it would be impossible but Tricia did her utmost to make sure we got as close to the deadline as possible and we did. I thoroughly recommend Tricia so professional and very supportive, she would explain everything that we were not sure. Excellent service thank you.

The most professional, attentive and helpful on a personal basis
The most professional, attentive and helpful, on a personal basis, team of solicitors I have used (and I have bought and sold many times). Tricia could not have helped us more with the contractual difficulties that arose and my hospitalisation leading up to exchange and completion.
I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Going that extra step with first class service.
A massive thank you to Nino who went all out to help my potential house sale. I needed the help of a local solicitor to verify my documents - Nino stepped up even liaising with my conveyancer to make sure everything that needed to be done. Very professional diligent and nothing was to much trouble. Would highly recommend

First Time Buyers Solicitor
We used Atkins Dellow as our solicitor for our first property purchase and we would highly recommend their services. Our main contact, Tricia, was extremely helpful from start to finish and really put us at ease by answering any of our questions in a quick and efficient manner. She was extremely experienced and we found it easy to trust her expertise and guidance/advice. We did also deal with some of her colleagues on occasion as well, and they were all very friendly and helpful.

Matrimony excellence
Made an exceptionally stressful divorce as straightforward, hassle free and inexpensive as I might have wished for. Compared to friends’ experiences the guidance and efficiency offered by Stella was remarkable.

I wanted to put on record how fantastic Tricia support has been through what has been a pretty grim process for us.
As things went massively against us you remained incredibly professional and looked at every angle to keep things moving forwards.

I would absolutely not hesitate to use you guys again or recommend your services to others as we have already done with my business interests.
It is refreshing to know that with every question and every panic I had, Tricia was always available on the phone and answered emails very quickly to put our minds at rest. It was nice to know that Tricia and the whole AD team genuinely had our best interests at heart.

I recently moved house and was represented by Tricia Chapman at Atkins Dellow.
Throughout the process I was constantly impressed by how competent and diligent Tricia was and equally how she always had time to listen and explain. It is rare to find someone so good at their job! I could not recommend Tricia and her team more.
