The process was very easy, after completing a form and a phone call to discuss the form details, the will was drawn up and a copy supplied for approval. A meeting was arranged and the wills were signed and witnessed. It was that easy.

Buying from the Sea
I work at sea in different time zones for many months at a time so doing legal stuff and banking is not very easy. With Tricia in the lead and with the help of Sarah and Callum, the legal process has been very easy. They keep me well informed and are helpful and patient when I am away.
My property was bought off plan without me even seeing it. Tricia and team have guided me through the process and helped to exchange the contracts in a very timely fashion. They also guided me effectively through the stamp duty scenario for my circumstance as a Uk resident but out of the Uk for over 6 months leading up to the purchase.
