"It is with huge pleasure that I am informing exisitng and potential parents/carers that following our recent Ofsted inspection that we have been graded OUTSTANDING!This is a massive achievement for the nursery as out of approximately 6,300 settings in the UK only 5% achieve this grade, with inspections becoming harder and more intense.We are the only nursery in Stroud to have achieved this highest grade. We strongly feel that we well and truly deserve this as all of our staff are very committed to ensuring that all of the children receive the best possible care, whilst away from their parents. Ofsted were particularly impressed with the leadership and management of the teams, driving improvements and continuous training of staff, improving standards and motivation. “Leaders and managers are very ambitious and communicate key priorities successfully to other staff. They inspire the dedicated team to drive and secure improvement effectively. Processes for nurturing their performance and professional development are used exceptionally well and as a result, staff morale is very high”. Having and maintaining such a high morale is very important to Tiggers as the whole atmosphere is dedicated by this. We are important role models to the children and they too have a strong relationship with each other and the staff in a happy and cooperative culture. “The children are confident, settle well and have fun laughing and smiling with their friends and familiar adults. They show exceptionally good behaviour and relationships are strong at all levels. High quality interaction and exemplary organisation of individual children’s routines, helps the babies and very young children to gain an exceptionally strong sense of security”.Children’s happiness is our main priority at Tiggers as always.
