I was searching for expert advice and guidance to help me recover from an illness and adjust to my new post menopausal life. I was full of aches and pains and I was starting to feel old in my bones! My usual ways of exercising simply weren't working anymore and I was beginning to despair. Too self conscious to visit a standard gym, I decided to contact Personal Best. My BEST decision! Carl has helped me rediscover my mobility and strength. He has done this gently and gradually so that I never felt it was too much. His light hearted yet effective guidance make each session fun, varied and informative. Carl is passionately knowledgeable about the importance of good food and living well and is full of inspirational tips and ideas to help live a healthy, happy life. And the studio is a lovely light and pleasant work out space. Simply put, the PT sessions have made me feel comfortable again in my body and I feel confident about 'aging well'. If you are looking to improve your fitness and overall wellbeing, I wholeheartedly recommend Carl and the team at Personal Best.Thanks Carl!
