The winning individual will undergo an assessment with our team of professionals and must be able to commit to 3 months of training with Personal Best Studio, The successful candidate will also be required to complete a weekly blog outlining their own experience and progress with Personal Best.
The prize will be tailored to the individual following an assessment - but will include:
• 1-1 Personal Training session once a week
• Chiropractic assessment and treatment (if required)
• Sports Massage
• Circuit training
The prize is worth in excess of £1000 and provides a fantastic opportunity to change someone’s life.
