I'm so glad I was recommended AMG by a friend of mine. I don't live in the area so all correspondence took place over the phone and email which worked perfectly. I was had approached them feeling a little disheartened at not being able to find a suitable mortgage so far but immediately felt listened to and reassured. I can't thank them enough for their help in finding the right mortgage and insurances for me. They made the whole process a lot less stressful than I had imagined from stories from others!

They were very helpful and friendly. When we asked a particular question, the response was "no one's ever asked that before", but Heather still took the trouble to investigate and answer the question. They were very prompt with their responses. We had issues with other parties that meant the purchase took longer than it should have, but AMG checked in with us regularly to see if they could assist in any way. We would have no hesitation in recommending this all female team of mortgage experts.

Having recently used AMG Mortgages for the 2nd time in the last three years we once again we found their service second to none. The staff at AMG Mortgages are friendly, professional and proficient with the exceptional service they offer. The fact that they did everything they could to support us during the national lockdown and after was a testament to their dedication and customer service. AMG took all of the pain and hassle out of buying my new home. Finding the best mortgage deal and the process of applying and securing the mortgage offer was completely handled by AMG and they even chased the Lawyers every week on my behalf to help get the house purchase to completion.
