I would like to take the time to say a huge thank you to you and all the staff at AMG financial services.
When myself and my husband came to you, we had already been turned down twice for a mortgage and we were at this point devastated. Due to some past historic financial difficulties we could not pass any of the credit checks. However, you and the whole team never gave up and now thanks to you all we now own are own home.

As first time buyers Heather and her team walked us through every step of getting our mortgage from our initial phone call enquiring about mortgages to stepping into our own home. AMG did a buy to let re-mortgage for us in September 2013. Heather Dunn was our point of contact and we were totally satisfied with her because she took all the hassle out of the procedure at a stressful time. She came to our house in the evening when it suited us. She knew the market and was totally professional. All correspondence was clear either by phone, e-mail or post. We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for the efficient and informed service provided by you, every time we seemed to think about the status of the mortgage offer you would call us or email us with an update before we even had chance to contact you. We also appreciate that we were the client equivalent of a problem child, being self-employed with less than 3 years of accounts and having left money in the business rather than paying ourselves. Adding to that, the house we were purchasing was not nearly standard enough for some lenders and the timescales involved; we genuinely believe we would not have got the house had we not employed your services.
