Really knowledgeable, great with my car mot it failed but they managed to get the part fitted it and it passed the mot.
I had a sit and wait appointment which they had trouble with getting the car off before. So I was there for a while longer.
Nicola kept me informed about what was happening.

I have used Tackwood since I moved here 4 years ago. Never had an issue and everyone I've dealt with have been excellent.

Took my van in this week, they found out I had a bad oil leak, they got the problem sorted out within a couple of days, Darren was very helpful on the phone letting me know what was happening and sending me pictures of progress. Great service, many thanks guys.

I've been trying various garages in the area. No bad experiences, but Tackwood is the first service centre that's really focussed on service. The welcome and pick up were both very welcoming, fast and really clear. It's the first time I've had a full colour coded report from the service, explained and to take. This gave me visibility and confidence in what was done. I'll be back for my service and MOT next time.
