Fabulous service as always. Booked in for full service but Darren called to let me know that it wasn’t needed this time and an interim service was sufficient, hence saving money. Thank you. Work done in quick time and Robbie on the desk was great when collecting me car. Couldn’t ask for a better business to do business with. It is always a pleasure.

I've had cause to use this garage a few times now and every time I've been impressed with their friendliness, professionalism and the work they've carried out for me. A couple of weeks ago they saved me a few hundred pounds after I booked my car in with them after finding out how much a dealer wanted to charge me for the work it said needed doing. Not only were Tackwood much better value, but after examining the car they told me that the work didn't even need to be done! Now that's what I call first class integrity!

Friendly, honest, and professional service. It was so easy to book our MOT with Tackwood. They accommodated me with a date that suits. They have a good parking lot, which is always a plus. The team was very friendly from booking to arrival to payment. The person who booked me in even took the time to show me how to walk to the nearest shops so that I could comfortably spend my waiting time.

I have been bringing all our families cars to Tackwood for years and always been very happy with the service. Today was no exception, as they completed only the work needed and not what I had booked in for based on what the main dealer had wrongly indicated was required, reducing the cost significantly.
