Very professional, HONEST & friendly. A female, treated with respect. Very happy that the mechanic took the time to fully explain the problem to me & the office also gave me excellent advice in answering my questions.

I’ve owned a few cars and brought them all to Tackwood. My daughter has just got her first car and I have now introduced her to Tackwood as being the place she can trust. Reception are always very warm and friendly with excellent communication. A very happy customer (who is now a very happy ‘family’ of customers)👍
