I've had cause to use this garage a few times now and every time I've been impressed with their friendliness, professionalism and the work they've carried out for me. A couple of weeks ago they saved me a few hundred pounds after I booked my car in with them after finding out how much a dealer wanted to charge me for the work it said needed doing. Not only were Tackwood much better value, but after examining the car they told me that the work didn't even need to be done! Now that's what I call first class integrity!

Friendly, honest, and professional service. It was so easy to book our MOT with Tackwood. They accommodated me with a date that suits. They have a good parking lot, which is always a plus. The team was very friendly from booking to arrival to payment. The person who booked me in even took the time to show me how to walk to the nearest shops so that I could comfortably spend my waiting time.

I have been bringing all our families cars to Tackwood for years and always been very happy with the service. A fantastic local garage. I recently purchased a new/used car and after a health check found it needed a wet belt change. After changing the welt belt, I contacted Tackwood to assist in my warranty claim as the dealership were reluctant to pay for the replacement. Darren was absolutely brilliant and sent across a full report + pictures which assisted in me obtaining a significant proportion of the cost back. Well done Tackwoods and keep up the brilliant work!
