Good service, polite staff and communication with then is very good. Reminders via mobile so you don't miss your booking. Work is carried out when they say it will be carried out. Why would i go anywhere else????

Always polite always helpful and respectful. The only garage crew that treat a lady without being biased. Always happy to assist and fit an appointment even on a very short notice. Communicate with the client and update on regular basis. I always recommend Tackwood to my friends and family. We are regular customers there for both our cars.

I have been using Tackwoods for many years for servicing, MOT’s and general repairs on all my cars and I’ve never been disappointed with the service. It’s so handy that you can get your tires done on site now too which is what I had done today!
I can’t recommend Tackwoods enough and will continue to take my cars there for as long as I’m driving!

We're quite new to the area - so this was our first visit to Tackwood MOT + Service Centre. The overall service was great from start to finish. Have used Tackwood for our very old, and newer cars for several years. Always have excellent, polite, reliable service, with good explanations of any issues and their resolution. I particularly like that they will not go straight to the most expensive fix and carry out unnecessary work but will equally ensure safety is always first. Thank you team.

Very pleased with the service and how quickly I was able to book my car in, I rang up on the Friday and managed to book my car in for the following Monday.
Previously, one of my headlights needed replacing and they managed to do it while I waited, great service.

Super friendly and helpful garage. I’ve been here a couple of times now and they’ve always given great service. Very clear and honest with all the work done and helping with diagnosing problems.

Update Nov 25: I wouldn't go anywhere else. Soon booking in for service and have persuaded our oldest son to trust Tackwood.
Update Dec 25: Booked in for a new battery, wrong battery sent by supplier, explained and sorted quickly by Dominic. Expectations managed professionally.
