Giggs handled both the sale of our old home, and the purchase of our new home.<br><br>The sale was complicated (though not through any fault of theirs!) and throughout they were brilliant at keeping us updated of everything that was going on, even chasing vendors, solicitors, and mortgage advisors for us.<br><br>Moving house is always stressful, but their professionalism and constant communication really helped. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.

What an estate agent!!!<br>And they weren't even my estate agent, they were acting for someone else in my chain.<br>The entire chain was on the verge of collapse and had Joe not stepped in with his superhero efforts it would have fallen through.<br>He took charge, he collaborated with multiple agencies and solicitors (which was well above the call of duty) and kept me informed almost hourly on the day of exchange.<br>My family and I will be eternally grateful that we didn't lose our dream home and had to start all over again.<br>Why would you go anywhere else!!??

When I bought my last property I was very impressed with the Giggs sales team and although I didn’t eventually buy through them I knew I would use them as my selling agent the next time I sold. This happened in June 2021. My faith in them was confirmed. Their sales team was excellent the whole way through and they quickly found me a buyer. Then what really impressed me was their dedicated after sales service. They were on top of my sale the whole time especially when we hit some rocky patches. The other nice thing was I wasn’t dropped by the sales team when the after sales team took over they always had time for me. They are not the cheapest but in my view I couldn’t have had a better Agent on my side . I will be using again next time I sell.
