This it the second time round we have sold our house. First time round was with a different estate agent and the whole process was extremely stressful. When we decided to move again we got in contact with Dan Clarke from Giggs and what a different experience we have had. It had been such a more positive experience. Dan had been so helpful, professional and so efficient. He has made the whole process so much less stressful. He keeps us informed at all times and I couldn't recommend him enough as an estate agent. Thank you so much Dan you are brilliant at your job and we could not be happier.

As of yesterday, with the hard work of the team at Giggs & Co, my house exchanged. I don't leave many reviews, but am more than happy to recommend this group of dedicated, tenacious and thorough people. They have always kept me informed at multiple points in the chain. They helped me complete work using local contacts, in order to sell the house and never once let me feel without an option as hurdles appeared.
I have moved a few times in my life and bought a fair number of houses. Giggs and Co are one of the best I have ever come across.

After doing my due diligence on estate agents with a solid track record of sales in my local area (Barton Hills), I met with representatives from 5 companies for valuations, of which one was Giggs & Bell. A close friend of mine recommended them and they certainly didn't disappoint.
Derrick, Denzil, Jordan and Eloise all did a fantastic job in helping me to sell the house at a price that the other 4 estate agents said was extremely unlikely to be achieved - Giggs & Bell were the only company that really showed any confidence in being able to do this. They were fractionally more expensive than the other 4 estate agents, but this was more than covered by the increased sale price!
I made lots of requests for amendments/additions on the house details and photos - in fact I was probably a bit of a pain - but they never once showed any sign of losing their patience with me!
This company has a very thorough knowledge of the Luton market - and are very passionate about the quality of service they provide. There was always somebody to answer my telephone calls and I can't remember any emails taking more than 1-working day for a response.

In the process of buying a house through Giggs and cannot fault the team at all. Dan in particular has been a great help finding us the right house and has been very responsive and always happy to answer all our questions. Dan very quickly established our needs and found us just the right house. When we do come to selling, further down the line, I will not hesitate to use Dan and the wider Giggs team.

I have recently completed both the sale of my house and the purchase of my new apartment with Giggs. The journey had its ups and downs for different reasons, as well as toing and froing with solicitors, but through it all I was kept informed every step of the way by Dan, Ollie or others from the Team. From the evaluation to completion they were friendly and professional and nothing was ever too much trouble for them. I cannot recommend Giggs highly enough. From Oli's first visit when he valued my property (it was more than I was expecting and that price was achieved!), to Ashley who made the sale within 24 hours and to all the people I dealt with in the office subsequently; they kept me informed of progress and assisted whenever they could. Excellent job.

After much deliberation we went with Giggs for our house sale. They have been great from the start. Dan was quick with getting back to us after the viewings and everyone we have dealt with has been polite and helpful at all times. We would highly recommend. Having now exchanged, the service that Sophie has provided has been second to none, she has kept us informed at all times and been great at liaising with all concerned. Have just exchanged contracts on a purchase through Giggs. A special mention to Vicky the estate agent who showed us round the property and kept us informed and was lovely to liase with. Sophie also kept us up to date with all progress throughout the purchase, and constantly chased the sellers and solicitors whenever needed - it took a while for everything to happen and I genuinely don't think we would have kept our offer if it wasn't for Sophie regular updates and assistance with everything. Responses from everyone at Giggs were always super quick so thank you.

We used Giggs and Company to sell and buy our new property in 2020. The whole experience was surprisingly stress free (almost!) Our agent Dan Clarke was always at the end of the phone when we needed him. Everything ran smoothly and everyone we dealt with at Giggs was professional and friendly. Dan Clarke gave me and my fiancée so much help in finding our first property! He was very professional without being to formal which made us feel very comfortable straight away, he held our hand through the whole process and responded to all of our queries right away. Giggs were used by my seller, but they went above and beyond to support me , as the buyer. I will definitely consider using Giggs myself, when I need an estate agent next. From the initial and follow up viewings, to support with the whole sale and correspondence with my solicitors, everyone in the team were friendly, professional, and extremely thorough in ensuring everything was managed smoothly.
