I would like to highly recommend Giggs & Co Estate Agents who I brought my house through, and in particular Natalia who works on Sales Progression.
From the very beginning of my purchase, her professionalism and efficiency was second to none. She continually kept me updated on the progress of my purchase and also got involved with the sale of my property, which was over and beyond her normal duties.
It was always a pleasure to talk to her even when at times progress was slow, and I was down, she was always a shoulder to cry on! A truly lovely lady and a credit to Giggs & Co!

I had a wonderful experience with Giggs & Company. Daniel Clarke was very helpful , informative and extremely customer service orientated during the viewing of different properties. Coming from outside St. Neots ; he was also kind enough to show me around the town to get a feel of the locations in perspective to each other and the main town amenities. This is what I call a professional service from an Estate Agency of trying to make the buying process an easy process for its clients.

The second time we have used Giggs to sell a house - 9 years apart. Cannot fault the service and communication from every member of the team we have come in to contact with. From the valuation visit to completion date they have been brilliant.
The addition of the sales progression team (which wasn’t in place 9 years ago) was brilliant. We felt that Nat really helped keep things moving with solicitors and other agents and took some of the stress away from us.
Giggs also kept an eye on the house whilst it was empty and gave us peace of mind.

Moving home is not always an easy transition to make but using Giggs & Co helped the whole process go extremely smoothly. They were only ever a phone call away if you needed help, they were always polite and always kept you fully informed. We moved to the area a few months ago to be closer to family. We have been renting but looking for a new forever house to buy. Dan at Giggs & Co has been very proactive in helping us, keeping us informed of what's on the market, arranging viewings to suit us (sometimes multiple viewings at different properties for our convenience). Then asking for feedback when a house isn't right for us so he knows exactly what we are looking for. We believe he has now matched us to a perfect property and fingers crossed it will carry on going smoothly. Dan and his colleagues are a great team, always friendly and brilliant at providing updates. Absolutely can't fault this Estate Agency and would recommend them in a heartbeat.

I have mixed feelings about Giggs. Depending who you are dealing with and why depends on the experience. Whenever I asked a question I never got a response without chasing. But when they wanted something from me I was constantly being called and messaged for an answer. I also felt quite harassed at one point because they were trying to convince me that the surveyors report was over cautious. I ended up getting independent companies in to check things over and they confirmed what the surveyor had said. Once things had been agreed between us and the vendor I then dealt with Natalia mostly and she was amazing. She kept me in the loop at least once a day with progress and kept contacting various people in the chain above to push the completion through for the agreed date.

Great at what they do! I hadn't sold a house for some time and it's not just about getting your house sold for the best price (which they did), it's the chasing of solicitors and keeping an eye on the chain. Nat is great and kept us informed through the highs and lows. I would definitely recommend!

We have not bought or sold a house for 46 years. We were in need of help and guidance. We were moving approx. 140 miles. We needed somebody to either answer our questions or to channel them in the right direction. We did have some help from our solicitors but our saviour was Natalia Wilczynska of Giggs and Co. Nothing was too much trouble for her and Natalia always responded promptly. She was always professional and polite, and always came up with the answers. She always appeared to be operating across the whole 4 property, 5 client chain. I am sure that, at times, we were naive to the procedures and practices of house sales and purchases, but Natalia always made us feel at ease.

We needed somewhere to live for a short period of time after we experienced a house fire. Giggs were fantastic throughout the entire process, everything was done professionally when they said they'd do it. Leaving the property has been painless and the deposit returned in full.

We cannot thank Giggs enough for their help with my parents house sale, especially Joe & Nat. They were always available when issues arose and help required with solicitors, buyers etc. Joe especially has been a great help especially in the last few days and on the completion day. Communication was lacking and very stressful but Joe took it on himself to ensure everything was dealt with and kept me informed. He helped us pre the sale with assistance on options available re. housing for my parents and throughout the sale. He acted professionally throughout the process, was patient, understanding and showed empathy towards an elderly couple leaving their home of nearly 58 years.

Got to say that Giggs and Co have been fantastic to work with from the perspective of a buyer. We had a little confusion at the beginning but once it was past frontline sales and with Nat on the sales progression team it was exceptional service. Nat really is a credit to the company and brilliant at what she does. She resolved any issues quickly and communication was sublime. Anytime a solicitor needed a nudge or a surveyor needed booking in, Nat was right on the case to get it sorted. She was also happy to talk through any concerns or questions while taking the time to make sure i fully understood them and made the best decision. Thanks so much for sorting our first home.
