My wife and I are first time buyers. We found a property in Eynesbury through Giggs after our first property purchase (from a different EA) fell off.
Buying for the first time brought a lot of stress and anxiety in us but Kayleigh and Natalia were both a real star. They understood our situation and walked and helped us through the whole process. They were very easy to reach, provides timely responses, and communicated our needs clearly with the sellers. They both made first time buying feel very straightforward.
We have successfully exchanged contracts and are now awaiting to complete this week.
If I can give the team from Giggs 10 stars, I would. Unfortunately, I am only allowed to put up to 5. That said, I am a very happy client and I would highly recommend their services.
Can't wait for our big move to St. Neots!

Bought a house that was sold by Giggs and even though we didn't sell our house with Giggs, they were so lovely and helpful along the way. It was a very stressful move as it took more than a year due to a fallen chain, and we were in a humongous chain with a split chain. However, Nat kept us updated weekly and then daily when it was close to exchange. Thank you so much, Nat and all her colleagues, for making it happen in the end. We know who to go to next if we are selling again :)

Absolutely brilliant sales team! As a first time buyers we had loads of questions, our seller was not the most cooperative but Nat did her very best to help with every enquiry.
