We originally bought our first home through Giggs 8 years ago and had a brilliant experience. It was an easy choice to sell it again with them. We had a very difficult completion not the fault of Giggs & Co at all, 8 months to complete lots of new mortgage offers and stress, but we got there with lots of help from Joe Perrin. It’s the second time we have used Giggs & Co. They weren’t the cheapest quote but as well as our previous experience we knew they had sold houses on our street recently. We were quick to sell and then the real value kicked in with Nat and Joe doing everything they could to facilitate our move. Giggs handled both the sale of our old home, and the purchase of our new home.
The sale was complicated (though not through any fault of theirs!) and throughout they were brilliant at keeping us updated of everything that was going on, even chasing vendors, solicitors, and mortgage advisors for us.
Moving house is always stressful, but their professionalism and constant communication really helped. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.

And they weren't even my estate agent, they were acting for someone else in my chain.
The entire chain was on the verge of collapse and had Joe not stepped in with his superhero efforts it would have fallen through.
He took charge, he collaborated with multiple agencies and solicitors (which was well above the call of duty) and kept me informed almost hourly on the day of exchange.
My family and I will be eternally grateful that we didn't lose our dream home and had to start all over again.
Why would you go anywhere else!!??
