From start to finish we were extremely impressed with Giggs & Company. We were so happy to sell our house upon second viewing, thank you, Luke. Everyone we dealt with with was great. A big thank you especially to Natalia who went above and beyond in her after sales progression, always keeping us informed and to help expedite the sale which at times was a bit challenging. I am so very proud to be able to write a review for Giggs & Company , St Neots<br>The excellent service we have received throughout the sale of our home was outstanding.<br>Right from the start, Kayleigh and Luke listened to our story of why we were moving and what type of buyer would suit our needs, they gave us some sound advice to get the house for viewings.<br>Kayleigh came round and put together a brilliant video tour ( made me want to buy my own home ) !<br>Kayleigh was very thoughtful when looking for the correct buyer for us, She received a number of enquires, however some were not suitable for our needs of moving quickly, it only took 2 viewings , the second couple that viewed put an offer in straight away and they were perfect for our chain ( no chain )<br>We are all moved now and i know that our buyers loved our old home<br>We really cant thank Kayleigh and the Team enough at Giggs , it can be very stressful moving homes, they supported us all the way from the start to finish<br><br>Support<br>A WhatsApp group was set so everyone was kept in the loop and we could discuss things by quick message<br><br>Kayleigh suggested a Mortgage Brooker who helped us secure the best Mortgage for us and our needs<br><br>We went with a Solicitor that they also suggested and they gave us brilliant service<br><br>I strong would say anyone looking to sell or buy, please do not hesitate to give Giggs a go, you will not regret it !<br><br>Thank you Kayleigh and the Giggs Team. Giggs managed the property I rented for 3.5 years, great response and communication between visiting traders, the landlord and I.<br>Also great communication from the sales side of the business when the landlord put the property up for sale and when that transaction went through.<br>I would definitely recommend them from tenant’s perspective.

Nat at Giggs & Co. managed the sales progression from offer acceptance to completion and did so with a unique blend of total professionalism and authenticity. Nat kept me updated at every stage, liaising seamlessly with me, my solicitor and the vendor and their solicitor. i bought the property from giggs some 8 years ago very good then but they were great now we had some hard times what with change of goverment rising interest rates and th world in a bad way but the boys and girls worked tirelesly and with great spirit .what a team i would be proud to call them my staff .Well done and thank you all

I would like to highly recommend Giggs & Co Estate Agents who I brought my house through, and in particular Natalia who works on Sales Progression.<br><br>From the very beginning of my purchase, her professionalism and efficiency was second to none. She continually kept me updated on the progress of my purchase and also got involved with the sale of my property, which was over and beyond her normal duties.<br><br>It was always a pleasure to talk to her even when at times progress was slow, and I was down, she was always a shoulder to cry on! Coming from outside St. Neots ; he was also kind enough to show me around the town to get a feel of the locations in perspective to each other and the main town amenities. The second time we have used Giggs to sell a house - 9 years apart. Cannot fault the service and communication from every member of the team we have come in to contact with. From the valuation visit to completion date they have been brilliant.<br><br>The addition of the sales progression team (which wasn’t in place 9 years ago) was brilliant. We felt that Nat really helped keep things moving with solicitors and other agents and took some of the stress away from us.<br><br>Giggs also kept an eye on the house whilst it was empty and gave us peace of mind.<br><br>Thanks Ollie, Luke, Dan and Nat (and everyone who was involved behind the scenes who we didn’t speak with).

Moving home is not always an easy transition to make but using Giggs & Co helped the whole process go extremely smoothly. They were only ever a phone call away if you needed help, they were always polite and always kept you fully informed. We moved to the area a few months ago to be closer to family. We have been renting but looking for a new forever house to buy. Dan at Giggs & Co has been very proactive in helping us, keeping us informed of what's on the market, arranging viewings to suit us (sometimes multiple viewings at different properties for our convenience). Then asking for feedback when a house isn't right for us so he knows exactly what we are looking for. We believe he has now matched us to a perfect property and fingers crossed it will carry on going smoothly. Dan and his colleagues are a great team, always friendly and brilliant at providing updates. Absolutely can't fault this Estate Agency and would recommend them in a heartbeat.

We used Giggs for both purchase and sale recently. We were very happy with the service.<br><br>The sales progressor, Nat, made a huge difference to the process by keeping on top of what was going on and made it significantly less stressful and uncertain than it otherwise would have been.<br><br>One minor niggle was that the agent dealing with our sale changed during the process without us being explicitly told, which was a bit confusing.

I have mixed feelings about Giggs. Depending who you are dealing with and why depends on the experience. Whenever I asked a question I never got a response without chasing. But when they wanted something from me I was constantly being called and messaged for an answer. I also felt quite harassed at one point because they were trying to convince me that the surveyors report was over cautious. I ended up getting independent companies in to check things over and they confirmed what the surveyor had said. Once things had been agreed between us and the vendor I then dealt with Natalia mostly and she was amazing. She kept me in the loop at least once a day with progress and kept contacting various people in the chain above to push the completion through for the agreed date.

Great at what they do! I hadn't sold a house for some time and it's not just about getting your house sold for the best price (which they did), it's the chasing of solicitors and keeping an eye on the chain. Nat is great and kept us informed through the highs and lows. I would definitely recommend!

We have not bought or sold a house for 46 years. We were in need of help and guidance. We were moving approx. 140 miles. We needed somebody to either answer our questions or to channel them in the right direction. We did have some help from our solicitors but our saviour was Natalia Wilczynska of Giggs and Co. Nothing was too much trouble for her and Natalia always responded promptly. She was always professional and polite, and always came up with the answers. She always appeared to be operating across the whole 4 property, 5 client chain.
