Great company. Helped us from start to finish. Jim B was an amazing help with viewing the house and with an quires we had, setting up future viewings when we wanted to see the house again. Jemma at property progressor was great and kept us up to date. All round made everything Soo smooth and easy. Would use them when coming to size up in the future.

Bought first home with Giggs, I found them to be very good overall compared to other experiences with estate agents. Good communicators and friendly service. Felt like I was always able to get in touch to get any info or updates needed throughout the process and wasn't pressured by selling tactics that some agents employ at other companies. Would use them again in the future if I needed to :)

My partner and I were looking to buy my first home with my partner when a Rightmove listing led me to Giggs & Company. From the very first call, Ben asked smart, relevant questions, and got a sense of our budget, resale vs new build preference, willingness to take on work, and, crucially, proximity to a station for our London commute immediately. He quickly grasped our brief, suggested two great comparison properties on the spot, and arranged viewings for the weekend.<br><br>Every home we saw matched what we needed, with two resales offering excellent potential. Ben was knowledgeable and thoughtful throughout, highlighting useful comparisons and ideas without any pressure. One property stood out; we put in an offer the next day. Ben listened well to our feedback and was able to communicate our position and thoughts clearly to the seller and, as first-time buyers, he brought them onside fast. Negotiations took only a couple of days and we agreed a fair price for our first home.<br><br>Ben was very friendly, approachable, communicative, easy to reach, and thoroughly professional from start to finish. Matt (and the wider team) was a great help in getting us sold and moved. Nothing was too much trouble. Even when our purchase (through another agent) fell through, Matt jumped straight into action and secured us an alternative which turned out to be a much better fit for our family anyway. We recently completed on the sale of our house with Giggs. I can only say positive things about Matt and his team from start to finish. The work and effort they all put in was second to none.<br><br>They were always on hand to answer any concerns / questions and always conducted viewings and provided pretty much real time feedback.<br><br>Our sale was quite complex, stressful and at times frustrating.
