Best gym you'll ever go to, amazing equipment and amazing owners! for example I messaged their instagram page at 10:30pm asking them if theres anyway to get the music going again as it stopped and wouldn't work and it was a bit islent in the gym, the owner came down off his own back and got the music started for me baring in mind I was the only one in the gym. Great service there and they've got a customer for life definitely. Much appreciated and you'd be a fool to go with any other gyms.

As a photographer I've spent many hours shooting the personal trainer in gainz and a few of his clients, the atmosphere I get from Alex and amber everytime I return is a welcoming one, they take pride in what they've built and the vision they have for their business! I'd 100% recommend Gainz Fitness & Strength to anyone just starting out in the gym and to those who live in the gym!

Alex and Amber really make this gym as amazing as it is. The atmosphere is incredible and so friendly. They're more than happy to help anyone and everyone and I am proud to be a part of this gym. (PS Rollo the gym dog is an added bonus)

This picture shows exactly what Gainz are about, going the extra mile to keep you on track with your goals. I have never been to a gym that has the atmosphere and community like Gainz does. Amber and Alex are by far the most welcoming people I have met, not just in the fitness world but in life generally. Probably the best gym on the island. Whether you are powerlifter, bodybuilder or just regular gym goer, Gainz Fitness is perfect place for you. Plenty of good quality equipment for any type of training (platforms, racks, bumpers, all kinds of oly/powerlifting bars, amazing set of dumbbells (up to 60 kg I think), cardio equipment, machines, all kinds of mobility stuff-bands, foam rollers... everything you need and even more!<br>Gym is clean and tidy, available 24/7.<br>Owners are kind and professional.<br>Highly recommend!

Fantastic gym with plenty of high quality and well maintained, clean equipment. Having not been to a gym for as long as I care to remember (and not being in the best of shape!), I was rather apprehensive about my first visit. However, Alex and Amber really made me feel at ease. I was walked around and shown how to use all the equipment. My worries about feeling intimidated by lots of super fit people were allayed. The gym has a real mix of men and women of all shapes, sizes and abilities, and a really friendly atmosphere. Would highly recommend!
