Have been with the gym since day 1 and you just don't get much better than Gainz really, not in St Neots or Bedford.<br>The best equipment you can find anywhere.<br>Constantly clean and well maintained.<br>Great vibe during busy hours and nice and quiet during certain hours of the day for those that prefer a more peaceful time to workout, perfect for those who deal with anxiety in crowds etc...<br>Staff are second to none, always willing to help with anything, kind, and friendly.<br>Overall just the best gym around without a shadow of a doubt!

Amazing gym. Even if I'm feeling to tired or to lazy go in gym with first step in this gym. I feel some good energy and I'm just wanna do my exercises. Only best recommendations. Gym staff always great you with smile 😉

Not just a gym! I cannot stress this enough. An inclusive environment full of like minded people, encouraging, rewarding, supportive.<br>There will come a day GPs prescribe places like gainz instead of anti depressants. A gym that considers members wants and needs and evolves accordingly. Perfect

Love going to Gainz for both physical and mental wellbeing. The equipment is always up to date and working and the staff both helpful and friendly, no-one is ever too busy to spot you. 24 hour access is a bonus and makes it easy to fit in with family life.<br>Keep doing what you are doing. 👏

Amazing atmosphere and range of equipment! Staff are also a delight and the fact the place is 24/7 is so good with working around work. Best of both worlds when usually it's a choice between equipment and 24/7 🤟<br><br>Update after over a year. They are always on it with repairing and adding new equipment. Other members that are there are friendly, helpful and I can only comment on the PTs second hand because they always seem friendly, upbeat and the clients are in a great mood with them.
