This was such an awesome gym. I started using it before COVID, then unfortunately had to suspend my membership (much like most people) when we couldn’t train and jobs dried up. I’m so glad to see it still thriving. I came back to look at the picture of the belt squat machine to see the brand. Well done, fellas! Don’t miss this gym if you’re in St. Neots.

Recently joined. Good gym, great selection of equipment. Weights downstairs and cardio upstairs. Only negative is the male changing room is on the small side other than that its decent.

Great selection of equipment, 24/7 access where fixed hours are manned with staff. 2 floors, weights on bottom floor and cardio on upper.<br>Gym is typically clean with bottles of spray to clean as you go.

UPDATE: NO AC! JUST A FAN, IS LIKE 26 DEGREES AT 10PM......really??? Is like 2023. Other gyms like Easy Gym ,Slough has AC AND WI-FI FREE.....LIKE REALLY?!<br><br>Nice staff and approachable.<br>The gym could be a bit bigger but it will do.<br>The gym has the essential machines and even more.<br>I even seen new people from the other gyms moving to Gainz.<br>Isnt to expensive or busy like the others and whats the best thing ...IS OPEN 24 HOURS!

Best Gym in St Neots!<br>Been going to Gainz for nearly 4 years now. Staff are friendly and helpful, the gym equipment is high quality and always fixed quickly when out of use.<br>Gym members are approachable and I feel very welcome and comfortable here.

I moved to this gym from Snap a few years ago & it was the best decision. I’ve always found it to have an inclusive and welcoming environment, friendly staff/members, all gym equipment is well maintained and high spec. It’s open 24 hours, 365 days of the year & even when you’re training “alone” at stupid o’clock, it always feels safe. I’ve been a member since it opened and still love it here.

Amazing gym , with great quality equipment, everyone is made to feel welcome. Iv been to a few gyms in the area but none can compare to Gainz. I’ve been a member for a few years, even tho I haven’t been for quite some time, I’ve recently started back, and enjoying every gym session, I used to feel uncomfortable and out of place walking into a gym but this gym I have never felt like that. Friendly staff and members. If your considering a new gym, GAINZ is the one, 5*

A Small but mighty gym! Has everything you need for training and supplements. Owner keeps on top of equipment repairs and upgrades. Friendly atmosphere with a mix of members who are happy to help or advise.
