We have just returned from a great holiday in Argentina and Brazil. The organisation of this trip which included my ninety-one year old father was superb. Wherever we went our guides, drivers, hotels and airports expected us and were ready to give us a great time as well as looking after all our needs. This was down to 2by2 Holidays who not only organised the trip in this way but also helped us plan the places we visited beforehand. Thank you 2by2.

2 by 2 holidays provide a very personal and efficient service and we have always been delighted with the holidays which they have organised for us. These are the very special factors about dealing with an independent holiday company which is why we have used them 4 times previously and hope to again in the not too distant future.

Dear Peter & Karen - Thank you for taking the time to submit your feedback. It is always a pleasure helping you plan your holidays and I'm very much looking forward to see where 2018 might take you. Warm wishes - Melissa
Thanks 2by2 for the best honeymoon ever! From start to finish the service has been superb. When we first enquired the team were very personable and not at all pushy. The team tailored an ideal package to suit us as individuals with great communication and nothing was too much trouble. We went to South Africa on Safari and then Mauritius to relax. All the transfers/flights and accommodation were booked and we had no waiting around and everything was the highest quality. Thanks again 2by2 Holidays we will certainly be recommending to all our friends and family!

Thank you for your feedback on your recent holiday, exploring 3 countries. We are so pleased you had a wonderful time and hope we can help you plan another holiday one day in the future - Melissa
Good evening Melissa
Just like to say a big thank you for facilitating our wonderful holiday.
The whole holiday went like clockwork; we were immensely impressed with SAA airlines providing us with great service, connections and hospitality, enabling us to be transported around Africa with ease and comfort. The Cape was fab despite the torrential rain and winds, at Cape point we did our upmost to take in the views. We also managed to squeeze in table mountain on arrival on the Sunday afternoon as it was closed for winter thereafter, we were just mighty lucky.
The apartment was in a brilliant location on the waterfront and really safe and secure. The highlight would have to be Idube Safari game reserve, this was the pinnacle of luxury with everything perfectly awesome, game viewing next to none and personalised attentive staff at hand from dawn till dusk. These memories we will treasure for life. The only criticism we would make was that our accommodation (two rooms next door to each other) at Hippo Hollow were sadly in the shaded location all day and sparse, with limited hot water and at The Kingdom once again we managed to get ground floor rooms on the shady side of the complex. I guess that if we had intended to stay longer we may have asked for a room on the sunny side and they would have obliged. Other than these minor blips everything else was terrific. Thanks once again.

The 2by2 team (Claire and her colleagues) were great in guiding us through finding the right combination of things for our holidays. They presented options and made allowances in the booking to keep some things flexible where we needed it. It was a wonderful experience. It was easy to go a bit off the beaten track (for us) when we knew that we had everything prepared and we had excellent notes and information.

Many thanks Marta - it was great fun planning such an interesting itinerary through Namibia and Botswana. Claire
I had the most amazing time. Everything that was put in place for me ran like clockwork and there wasn't a single problem. The hotels were wonderful and the support from Go Africa Safaris was also fantastic. Yvonne and Esther helped make sure everything was OK and the assistance from Patrick was just perfect. Raphael my safari driver was also brilliant. I can't thank you enough for helping me have such a dream come true!

Really helpful and supportive operator with different suggestions. We opted for 2 by 2 based on the value for money tht their price offered -a 10 day trip with safaris in the Masaii Mara and Lake Nakuru, Kenya and then some beach time in Zanzibar. We joined a 'small group' safari for the Masaii Mara and then had 6 nights in Zanibar. The tour turned out to just be the two of us, which was great. All hotels were pretty good for the price that we paid.
Transfers and flight confirmations were sorted out by 2by2 and this made everything really easy. They had also booked our flight from Nairobi to Zanzibar and everything worked perfectly. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others.

We had a fantastic time in South Africa with 2 by 2. Efficient organisation even if we left it to the last minute.
Their recommendations were spot on. A great boutique hotel at Coco Dr Mer - set the scene for exceptional service and wonderful settings. The ride to Hluhluwe game reserve was exceptional - we got signings of a leopard from the taxi within 20 mins of being in the park. The Rhino ridge game lodge is spectacularly set and the staff (mainly from the local village) could not have been more welcoming. The standard of the accommodation and food were exceptional. With two three hour game drives at sun up ad sun set we found that 4 days passed in the blink of an eye. The optimal walking safari is highly recommended as an alternative view point of the environment. The guide we were assigned for all of the game drives was knowledgeable, engaging and a joy to spend time with. They have wifi but the experience is so all encompassing that you don't feel the need for it. Sit outside around the fire for some of the most spectacular dark sky viewing at night - all planets viewable whilst we were there!. The Fairmont Resort near Durban is luxuriously appointed within its own groups and with 5km of private beach (swimming not allowed - currents). We took an organised trip to Durban (45 mins away) that was interesting but otherwise stayed within the area. 5 restaurants and 5 swimming pools and plenty to whilst away the time.
We used 2 by 2 for out honey moon a few years ago and cannot fault their advice, organisation or availability. Highly recommended.

Thank you for organising such an enjoyable holiday; we had a great time. Wendy followed our every step, initially from hospital and then from home, so enjoying it vicariously. The hotels were of an excellent quality. We especially enjoyed the Cape Cadogen and Le Quartier Francais. They were both conveniently situated, with excellent choices of local restaurant. The cost of meals in quality restaurants was less than £20/head including service and drinks. The eight-course mystery menu (they did provide us with the menu after the meal) in the Tasting Room at Le Quartier was superb, and didn't leave us feeling full. As ever, the Pride of Africa train provided an excellent five-star experience. We did have an issue with the lack of communication at times whilst on the train, but we referred to that in our feedback to Rovos Rail. The off-train trips to the Mokuti Lodge in Etosha Park and to the Sossusvlei Lodge enabled us to see the most amazing sunset and to marvel at the magnificent food that had been prepared for us in the desert. None of us will ever forget climbing up the 'Big Daddy' sand-dune. We gave the Illyria House hotel a more mixed reception. Best described as 'quirky', it eventually grew on us. The staff were excellent and friendly and once you got used to sitting down to dinner an hour or so after the time we chose (based on the time that would suit them) and ordering food and wine at breakfast for that evening's dinner, we began to appreciate it. For many the furnishing and the hotel's situation would be excellent after a week on the train. It would be necessary to get the hotel to book a taxi, as it is in the suburbs. Having said that, Rob was unwell, such that they booked an appointment at the local hospital and the manager drove him there and asked that they phone him so Rob could be brought back. Similarly, they recommended a restaurant in town (Kream at Brooklyn Bridge) and drove us to and picked us up when the restaurant contacted the hotel. (We had three courses, a glass of wine, coffee with superb service and tip included all for less than £20 each - an absolute bargain.) We were met at Cape Town by Cas whom we eventually worked out after a day had been our guide five years ago. We bumped into her at a restaurant; also there was her boss, Mr Shawn if I remember correctly; they provide a good service in Cape Town and the Winelands. Thanks again for organising a great holiday.

Comments: Excellent choice of lodging (location, safety, convenience), courteous and friendly drivers, great service by your agents. A very good job by the driver Jan who drove my mother along the Comrades route on race day and took good care of us. Your agents Claire and Rhona did impeccable planning for a rather complex itinerary. I will recommend your company and be a returning customer.

We found 2by2 Holidays through Google of all places back in 2009 when looking for a safari holiday for my sister who is wheel chair bound. We have travelled with them on 3 occasions to South Africa since then in 2010, 2012 and also in 2015. Every trip has been fantastic, with great guides and locations. Transfers and hotels aren't a worry and 2by2 use their vast knowledge to ensure your holiday goes without a hitch. They've been great dealing with the airlines too which would have been stressful on a number of occasions if it hadn't been for their attentiveness. I would highly recommend them for disabled holiday makers.

As you are aware I have utilised 2by2 holidays on a number of occasions and have always found my experiences to be first class. I am wheelchair bound and have difficulty moving on my own free will. 2by2 holidays arrange everything for me from the airport to my destination and return. The staff I have dealt with are excellent and always very courteous. They make sure everything is set up for an enjoyable holiday. They arrange flights, hotels etc and also assistance for wheelchair users to make it easy to get on and off flights and around airports. Once at my destination I have found people to be extremely helpful and travel has never been an issue. Vehicles are well fitted to suit disabled means and guides are very knowledgeable in how to look after disabled people. At hotels you will experience the same and I have nothing but praise for 2by2 holiday staff.
My experience has always been that I have received first class service. I have always found my holidays to be more than enjoyable and leave a lasting pleasant memory thanks to 2by2 holidays.

Finally back at work so wanted to send you a thank you. The holiday was amazing – so many highlights. A pride of lions with a kill 100m from the lodge, seeing a parliament of giraffes walking on the horizon, being up close to a lion cub with mum, being burgled by baboons, hot air balloon trip over the Maasai Mara, seeing a leopard hiding in the bushes behind a family of cheetahs. All the lodges were really good, each offering something different to the experience, and each park again being different.
