I would have given 5 stars but I have one small reservation. When I received the renewal notice, the premium had increased by well over 10% so I called to see why. I was very pleased to be offered an electronic policy with a much reduced premium and the matter was handled very well by your staff. However, as a loyal customer, I think it would have been better service on your part if we had been offered the lower premium in the first instance.

A plan are simply the best at arranging insurance cover. They’re attentive, knowledgeable and professional. They work hard to understand your requirements and even harder getting you a deal. I was even allowed to pay in instalments which helped me out a lot. I would recommend them 100%
