I rang to arrange a change of address and to cancel my buildings and contents insurance policy for my old address. Mark (I think) then offered to update my car insurance and also arranged for the extra fee due on the car insurance to be taken off the refund on the buildings policy. I also have a Landlord's policy with A-Plan and that was updated too. It was great to have a one-stop shop call and I appreciate the fact that the arrangement fee was waived in lieu of the fact that I was paying a cancellation fee on the 1st policy. Good business practice.

Used A Plan Thatcham on and off for years only Leave when they can not get close to best price. Biggest gripe having insurance certificate and other docs stored in a vault which when I eventually access I’ve forgotten my password give me paper docs every time please. It must lose repeat business?

I have used A Plan Thatcham office for many years, earlier this year the A Plan team negotiated an issue post windscreen replacement to obtain compensation for safety systems alignment checks that the windscreen company had failed to complete. They worked with me and the insurance company and i had my extra expenditure billed directly to the insurer with no claim or loss of no claims bonus attributed. Thank you Henry.
