Helpful staff to gide me through my renewal at the lichfield office. I like to have a face to deal with not a telephone or a computer screen. I will be back next month to renew my house insurance.

Very good company with friendly, helpful staff. Also, added bonus is that the office is close to us.
Only problem is the app didn't work so they had to email me my documents.
