Informed me about my renewal with a quote from my present insurer and a new quote from a new insurer. It was like for like. This was followed up by a phone call to go over details, and answered my questions about the quotes. Once I had agreed to the quote they sent me a copy to read through, again answering questions, before I made payment. Throughout they were friendly and patient when answering questions .
