You feel as though you’re getting a very personal experience when dealing with Howden Insurance. Highly efficient with all forms of communication. I rang them to chat about our renewal and they saved me money and were very clear with all aspects of our policy.
I know that in the event of having to make a claim in the future, they would guide me through the process and they are always available by phone , which is a very rare thing these days !
