I prefer to speak to people by phone as you cannot ask the questions you need to know especially with a mobile home which I live in with doing it online. Not much difference compared to my last Cover insurance, it was suggested that after 7 years with my old insurance company that I should compare it was hard because it̢۪s easier just to stay where you are. The staff member I spoke to was very helpful and patient with me.
