Everything was done by telephone and online. The staff I spoke with were very helpful and prepared to take their time if I didn't understand a point right away. Online queries were answered quickly. Documentation was clear and presented in a very professional way. This was our first time using A-Plan. We contacted our local Bromley branch after our renewal offer from our previous insurer had gone up. It was a refreshing change to actually speak with someone who was able to get quotes from the multiple insurers and offer advice rather than just relying on a comparison website. We ended up with a good quality policy at less than our renewal, so very happy all round.
