Insurance isn’t the most exciting topic but Rob at Howdens goes above and beyond.
He’s helped me more than once and this time, when things have been a bit tough, he truly listened.
I’m sure he didn’t sign up as a counsellor but he cares, finds the best solution is 'the' reason I’m sticking with Howdens.
If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would.
Thank you for all your help

I just wanted to say thank you to Anisa Khan at your Sutton Coldfield branch for helping me with my change of car and private number plates.
Anisa made the transition really easy and hassle free and was so very helpful to me.
