I was helped by Thalia, Theo and the boss after my car was hit while parked and the culprit drove off without leaving their details. Covea the company I was insured with wrote my vehicle off but took more than 4 weeks to pay out. It would̢۪ve taken longer had Thalia and the boss not pestered them for me. Theo found me a great deal for my new insurance. We as a family have used Howdens ( A plan) for years and have always been happy with the service they have given us. We like to use a broker because we can go and speak to someone face to face if we have any problems.
