I have used A plan in tooting for my car & home insurance for a few years now. I have always found them helpful efficient and they take the time to get you the right policy. I recently needed to change my home insurance and Catherine in the home team was outstanding! She really was a god send in helping me sort out my 2 houses for insurance Thankyou! Well done to her she is an asset to her branch

I did appreciate the reminder phone calls but I have not re-done my home insurance with you this time as I got a better quote else where, also I was able to do it in my time. I was not able to contact your office when you were open as I was at work. I was also able to get an insurance that I was able to do monthly without large interest payments that at this time of the year is very useful.

My previous broker offered me an increased premium renewal on an already expensive policy for a modified van. Ibrahim at Chatham Schemes branch saved me about £300 on my premium and for a slightly improved policy. Not only that, when I researched the proposed underwriter they had a better than average reputation compared to the previous underwriter who had very bad press/reviews. Customer service / interaction was professional as well. So overall I am very happy with A Plan and based on my experience would recommend.
