Previously we have always received an excellent customer experience with A Plan but the last two experiences not so good. I had to make follow up calls as commuting to work not included on policy when clearly asked for on phone calls. The first time (my insurance) changed and new documents sent. The second time when we had to change my husbands due to change of vehicle this happened again when it was in previous policy and clearly requested on call. When I phoned your advisor wanted to charge extra! We had already paid out over £500 on this policy and £800 on mine. I had to argue with advisor who eventually agreed to waive charge, this should’ve been offered straight away. Is this problem a ‘glitch’ in your system? Or an input/person error? It needs resolving to avoid further customer dissatisfaction.
