With Howdens, it's back to the proper old fashioned way of doing things...dealing with human being who say, 'leave it with me sir I'll get this sorted' Instead of over the phone or net.....'what you have to do sir, is you have to phone the bloke in the office next door to me, while I sit back and have another coffee' Honestly, what has the world come to??? All this progress, and tech...more like insanity!
