After finding difficulties in insuring my new petrol/hybrid car, I contacted Vicky at Howden Insurance.
In a most difficult situation Vicky was outstanding. She held my hand throughout the process of finding me a reasonable cost policy. She was kind, understanding and professional Howden should be very happy to have an employee of this quality.

Great experience with Laurie today and Christina on my previous call.
I've been with them almost exclusively for the last 20 years.
I stay with them because of the personal service they provide. Always friendly and professional.
I tried a different company one year because it was a bit cheaper but soon regretted it when I needed to get in touch. Having to wait ages on hold only to speak with people who didn't have a basic command of the English language
is just a false economy as far as I'm concerned.
This office is always on the ball with good legal connections too.
Howdens managed to drop my insurance by £300+ this year, I appreciate them not taking my loyalty for granted.
