It is many years since I used the services of a broker - usually a comparison website to arrange all our insurances. However, we needed the services of a specialist broker because of the special circumstances that had arisen. All but Howden I contacted said they didn't have the expertise. And at Howden, Luke Morley at Tooting was that expert.
Not pushy in any way.
Luke went above and beyond just getting a quote.
I just hope Howden keep him so he is around at the next renewal.
