Thomas Lansdell arranged my policy. Great experience, really took all the pain out of car insurance. Couple of phone calls to run the details, no endless forms or call centers just a personal conversation and Thomas took care of the rest.

I’ve now insured my commercial and private vehicle with Howden , I needed specific cover for my own work truck , this and a very last minute cover for a new personal vehicle was sorted very efficiently, quickly and politely buy Elliot Gibbons at the Salisbury office . Why can’t all phone transactions be this easy ?
Elliot is a credit to Howdens

Matched my previous home insurance quote, now have two cars and my house insured with them. Have found them always to be helpful and will always try to get the best price, with the best options.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff who managed to get me vehicle insurance.
It is difficult getting competitive quotes when you are of a certain age (old) but it proved to be no problem for the staff at Howdens

We have used Salop Glass and Glazing twice and Mark was simply amazing. The quality of work and pricing is first class. Mark is also one of the friendliess, trustworthy workmen you will ever meet. I thoroughly recommend this company and we would simply never go anywhere else.

Mark has been round a couple of times to help me with my windows, he cleaned them up to perfection, he sealed gaps I didn’t know I had and now I have a draft free home, whilst improving the aesthetic of my windows. Brilliant service, friendly guy and sensible pricing. Really pleased and love my visitors commenting on how pretty my windows are. Thank you.

One small metal and 2 small wooden windows replaced.
Extremely pleased with the new windows - very good replacements and exactly what we wanted. All at a reasonable price.
However a couple of minor downsides:
- although the fitters cleaned up after completion of the jobs we still had to pick up some small pieces of broken glass and bits of rubbish
- some poor mortar work and gaps which I to tidy up.
