Very good. The operator, although I'm sure was required, ran through a lot of the legal wording which made the phone renewal process around 25 mins for what I thought could be a 10 minute job.

They discuss any queries or issues before I go ahead & there is no pressure. Always professional but also amenable. The quotes are very reasonable for the current times.
