Efficient , but felt like it was a production line. I am not sure about the totally impartiality and also was not used to being charged a commission for setting up the policy. Perhaps this is a way of reducing the IPT.

Great service nothing was too much trouble when organising my insurance- slightly more expensive than others companies but decided to give them a go as will be changing my car in less than 6 months and have a bigger pool of specialist insurers that I can access. Had also spent 30mins trying to get through to the AA trying to get a renewal quote where Howdens answered promptly which for me is important particularly if I did ever need to claim
