I’ve been dealing with Robert Betts at Howden Insurance regarding my accident, illness and redundancy insurance, and I wanted to leave a review to recognise how helpful he has been.
Robert has been professional, approachable, and genuinely supportive throughout the whole process. Insurance matters can often feel stressful and complicated, but he took the time to explain everything clearly, answer my questions patiently, and make sure I fully understood my options.
What stood out most was how personable and easy to deal with he was. He never made me feel rushed and handled everything with real care and attention, which made a big difference.
