I found the staff very helpful and informative. My prefered way of renewing my insrance in the future is to call A-plan for the personal touch.

Unfortuantly when I renewed my insurance in Augist of this year via an online method, the payment did not go through which I was unaware of and I foolishly did not think to check for a confirmation email from the company concerend.. This then led to me not being insured which in turn accumilated in me being fined and 6 points adding to my licence.
