The person I talked to was extremely helpful after my husband sadly passed away and organised the new home insurance for me for one of my husband̢۪s properties. Was also very sympathetic and got paperwork sent to home as am not good with computer.

Exceptional service
I spoke to Rebecca Kingham about a home insurance Policy, even though she was dealing with I.T issues she was incredible helpuful, polite and very easy to talk to. She clearly had an extensive knowledge of her proffesion and was very happy to share this knowledge. I hope to deal with her again.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I̢۪ve used A Plan/Howdens for both house and car insurance over the years and have no complaints about the quality of the service I have received. The fact that the company is quite local is a bonus.
