I now have three cars insured through Howdens and have always found the team friendly, professional, and easy to deal with.
A special mention goes to Adam, who is always extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and willing to take the time to make sure everything is arranged correctly. His customer service is excellent and makes the whole process straightforward and stress-free.
One of the things I value most is being able to speak to a real person who understands my requirements and can provide tailored advice rather than a one-size-fits-all approach. They also seem to have access to a wide range of specialist insurers, which is particularly useful for performance and more specialised vehicles.

Rob Byrd is always very professional at dealing with my business insurance needs. He helped me with good advice when we first set up my business insurance, and it is good to know that Howden are there to help should I ever need assistance with a claim.
